Swami Sakshatkrtananda Saraswati is a senior disciple of Pujya Sri Swami Dayananda Sarasvati.

He underwent a long term course study in Vedanta and Sanskrit in Sandeepany Sadhanalaya between 1980-1982 under the tutelage of Svarupa Caitanya (now Swami Viditatmananda Saraswati). Thereafter he served Pujya Swamiji for several years. He was initiated into the order of sanyasa by Pujya Swamiji in 1992.

During 2010-2013 Swamiji was the Residential Acharya of a three year course in Vedanta and Sanskrit conducted by Pujya Swamiji in Arsha Vidya Gurukulam Anaikatti, Coimbatore. Now he is the Vice Chairman of Sri Gangadharesvar Trust, Rishikesh which manages Swami Dayananda Ashram.
